Steps before the recruitment process

This whole process of collaboration with our recruiters starts from the moment you apply for one of our jobs. We are constantly looking for specialists and experienced professionals. Our vacancies and job offers are public and constantly updated on our website and on the Facebook page. You can follow us and be among the first to hear about our job offers, or you can apply directly by sending a CV to job@dbwork.com and our recruiting team will contact you.

Here are the steps of our recruitment process:

• The candidate applies by sending a CV to job@dbwork.com or directly on the website 
• A recruiter reviews the candidate's application and the interview details are set.
• The actual interview with one of our recruiters takes place.
• The employee receives the offer via email with the name of the employer, the contact person from DB Work in the Netherlands, the job title, the work schedule, the start date, the responsibilities, and the salary offer.
• If the employee accepts the offer, the hiring process begins.

The Employment Process

The recruitment team will need a few documents from you to draw up the contract:

• Identity Card/Passport
• Driving Licence
• Bank statement in Euro
• Medical certificate stating that you are fit for work
• Proof of a clean criminal record
• The BSN number - only if you have worked in the Netherlands before

If everything is settled and both parties agree to the terms of engagement, the next step is to submit the engagement document. This will be emailed to the employee to read it in full and sign it.
